In an interview, ONEUS talked about their new mini-album “LIVED” and their title track ”To Be Or Not To Be.”
The new mini-album “LIVED” is ONEUS’ epic comeback after their released single “A Song Written Easily” last March. The group stated that they were nervous yet excited. They want to show how ONEUS has improved within the past five months.
The title track “To Be Or Not To Be” is about the aggression of problems amidst the situation. Meanwhile, the group gives fans something to look forward to, as their album composition with their jacket photos and music video.
Also, the group member’s dancing, singing, and facial expressions would make a significant impact on their performance. Their dance lines up with the song and the story. The stage performance will be so detailed that it makes the audience raise tension and be more captivated.
Ravn, as the songwriter, shared on how he writes his songs. He thinks about a concept or a phrase, and he would write it as a title or as the first verse. From those, he will continue writing, sing himself through the process, erasing and fixing the lyric sheet. These days, he wanted to change the method he was used to.
Meanwhile, Member Seoho added that he records it or writes it instantly if he thinks of good lyrics or a melody. The same goes for Leedo.
The group learned a lot from the show “Road To Kingdom,” where they had a lot of fun through their performances and asked themselves how they could express it more to their fans and make their songs more relatable to others.
In addition, ONEUS has ranked in Billboard’s Social 50 chart for two weeks consecutive. The group said that they could not wrap their head around with their global popularity. They felt the support that their fans have been giving and showing them.
