Just like other groups, BTS has a Hyung Line and a Dongsaeng Line. However, the boys proved numerous times that they have one more line - The Scaredy Cats.

The “Rap Line” is consists of Suga, J-Hope, and RM, the “Vocal Line” is Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, the “Dance Line” is J-Hope, Jimin, and Jungkook, the “Hyung line” is Jin, Suga, J-Hope, and RM, the “Maknae line” is Jimin, V, and Jungkook, and the “Scaredy Cat line” is usually a mix of most members, but a lot of the time it’s Jin and J-Hope.

Here are 7 times Jin and J-Hope proved BTS has a “Scaredy Cat” line.

1. Flinch Challenge

When RM told James Corden that Jin and J-Hope are the “most cowards” in BTS, Jin objected by demanding the host to start the flinch challenge. However, he and J-Hope failed miserably. (Watch the clip here).

2. Scare Prank

When Ellen DeGeneres decided to prank the boys on her show, all of them (except for Suga) were shocked, but Jin and J-Hope had the most extreme reactions. (Watch the clip here).

3. “Zombie” apocalypse

Jin and J-Hope almost squished V to death when a bunch of “zombies” went inside their bus in one of the episodes of Run BTS! (Watch the clip here).

4. They don’t want to be friends with some animals

Jin was given a dead grasshopper as a prank in Law of the Jungle and he screamed his heart out. (Watch the clip here).

As for J-Hope, he was forced to pose with a huge snake on his shoulders during their visit to a zoo in Malaysia. Although he tried to toughen it up, he was visibly in fear. (Watch the clip here).

5. Just a mascot

An MPD, which is a mascot of Mnet, startled Jin and his scream led J-Hope to freak out as well. (Watch the clip here).

6. Fireworks

Fireworks may be fun for some, but it’s definitely a “scaredy cat” trigger for Jin and J-Hope. (Watch the clip here).

7. Money gun

A money gun is supposed to be a fun prop, but Jin and J-Hope react to it like it's an actual gun. (Watch the clip here).

It’s no secret that BTS looks up to Jin a lot, not only because he’s the oldest member of the group, but he has a lot of admirable qualities. And it seems like J-Hope got his “scaredy cat” trait from Mr. Worldwide Handsome.”
