Seven members of ANS announced their termination because of allegations that they bullied their eighth member, Haena.
ANS debuted last September 16, 2020, as a six-member girl group under ANS Entertainment, and in December, Haena and J joined as the girl groups' new members. However, Haena recently went to hiatus due to health concerns.
Recently, on August 20, seven out of eight members have posted a statement on the fan café announcing their termination of their contracts addressing the allegations that they bullied Haena.
After Haena's post, someone went to ANS's gallery and commented on Haena's school absences. She has been telling the school that she would work while telling the agency she was going to school.
Another individual commented that after Haena got caught lying and showing erratic behaviors, just like how she cut off her contact with the other group members. She also went to the computer room where she wrote a notice but ended up having to self-isolate because a COVID-19 positive has been there.
Yet, Haena did not follow the two-week self-isolation, and she went out secretly, while the other girls are also in self-isolation because of her. Now that she is a dead end, she is currently playing the victim and telling everyone that other members bullied her.
She spoke with her agency and decided to rest because she was always fainting due to her panic disorder. She also went home from her dorm, and she went back despite the circumstances in the family and that she is still a minor. Her family is reportedly always suspicious, that if she were sleeping and couldn't answer the call, her family would call a hundred more.
On the other hand, regarding the controversy of the bullying issue, the group did not have any bad relationship with Haena. They think there was no particular problem with her, and if there is a misunderstanding, they want to resolve whatever issue they have.
