Girl’s Generation’s Tiffany unveils her diet secret, which is surprisingly easy to follow. The diet tip made her appear fitter and made her feel so much healthier and is better for the world.
On September 2, Tiffany appeared as a guest in her fellow Girl’s Generation member Yuri’s channel for her “Yuri Winning Recipe” segment. In the particular episode, Girl’s Generation member Hyoyeon also made an appearance. The episode kicked off with Yuri preparing some meals and invited tiffany to eat and hear her share thoughts about the menu.
As the three started to eat the food prepared, Tiffany shared that her eating habits have been changed since she moved to Los Angeles three years ago. The singer’s routine altered to adapt to a new lifestyle since she was always on tour. During their chitchats, Tiffany compared her diet when she was with her members in South Korea to how she changed her diet, not just to adjust with the team she was touring with but for her constantly changing routine.
The singer then said that there are people with lots of food preferences and lifestyles in the United States. She shared that in the US, some people called pescetarians don’t eat meat but eat fish, and others who are vegans don’t eat meat or anything that contains animal by-products.
Furthermore, Tiffany unveiled that in five days of the week, she eats plant-based meals, and for the rest of the week, she eats whatever she wants and confesses that most of it is Korean food.
The singer continued that if only people have just one plant-based meal a day, the whole world will become healthier. She shared that after hearing about it, she gave herself a shot, and she claimed that even just one plant-meal a day makes her feel better, healthier, and fitter. Tiffany also noticed that her health condition during her tours improved due to her food intake.
