"I Am a Nurse, A Human" is written by writer Kim Hyun Ah, who penned the same original piece released in April 2018. In the book, the author expressed the real clinical situation as an ICU surgical nurse while carrying out work since 1996 for 21 years and two months.
The storyline reflects that healthcare workers aren't white-robed saints but human beings. It's a beautiful and heartbreaking nurse tale that strives to safeguard its patients. However, to begin taking care of their patients, they must be more robust than anybody else; they live in a world where they persist as the "vulnerable."
It also incorporates the message that caring for nursing professionals is just as important as treating doctors.
Shin Min Ah will take over the role of ICU nursing staff Park Hee Ae as per the reports. She's the one who has to take deep breaths to soothe her heartbeat to get into the medical facility and shed a few tears before she leaves. Moreover, Park Hee Ae cares for her patients more wholeheartedly than everyone else.
However, after becoming a victim of abuse by a patient's trustee, she settles to change as she no longer deserves to be harmed by individuals who don't recognize her genuineness.
Meanwhile, Shin Min Ah had initially been featured in No Hee Kyung's drama series "HERE" (working title). However, the drama was temporarily suspended as taping needs to take overseas, and COVID-19 hinders travel.
On the other hand, the upcoming movie "Diva" featuring Shin Min Ah will air on September 23. Watch the trailer here!
