BTS is launching "In the SOOP BTS Ver," making it the band's latest reality program!

"In the SOOP BTS Ver." ("soop" means "forest" in Korean) takes place in the woods, and the show's concept is to spend time doing activities that are "somewhere in between everyday life and leisure." (via Soompi)

The members will be making their activities ahead of time, and each member can spend some time indulging and appreciating their respective interests. Each person will get to do separate stuff, but the seven will still be spending hours in the same place. One notable feature in this reality program is that the members will be hosting the show, and the production team and staff will have limited contact with the group.

The reality series will debut on August 19 and will be broadcast every Wednesday at 11:00 p.m KST. The series will consist of eight 60 minute episodes through JTBC Channel.

Fans could also tune in to each episode at midnight KST on BTS weverse beginning August 20. There will be extended episodes of 80 minutes on the channel, and some unbroadcast footage of behind the scenes will be shown as well.

A maximum of 16 episodes, along with the major episodes and background footage, will also be accessible.

On August 4, pre-sales start at 11 a.m. KST on Weverse Shop.
