Supporters are worried about some former PRISTIN members who believe HINAPIA has discreetly disbanded and went through the same predicament as PRISTIN.
HINAPIA is an all-girl group that debuted with the single 'Drip' in November 2019. There are five members in the group, four of which were PRISTIN members until their abrupt separation in May 2019.
Bada seems to be the only participant that is not a PRISTIN member. Meanwhile, Yaebin was widely recognized as Rena while she's with PRISTIN.
Eunwoo decided to keep the same identity from her previous stage name from PRISTIN. All through her period with PRISTIN, Gyeongwon was recognized as Yuha. Throughout her time with PRISTIN, Minkyeung was identified as Roa.
After PRISTIN dissolved, most of the members decided to leave Pledis Entertainment, with only Kyulkyung, Sungyeon, and Yehana remaining. Kyulkyung eventually chose to pursue legal action against Pledis Entertainment, but there has been no information on Sungyeon and Yehana.
With the choice to remain a star, Minkyeung indicated that she privately hired her former PRISTIN members to establish a new band, and even scoured for a company interested in taking them in and premiere them. Finally, they were officially launched under OSR Entertainment.
Conversely, the thing supporters say that HINAPIA has dissolved is that the band's social media page has been entirely silent. The band's last status was on June 2, 2020, two months ago. (via Koreaboo)
Minkyeung also lately aired Instagram live and made public that OSR Entertainment never spoke to her for her birthday on July 29. Minkyeung's birthday isn't the only birthday that OSR Entertainment had overlooked. They also forgotten Eunwoo's birthday, as her birthday on July 1 carried without even any note of "happy birthday." OSR Entertainment has posted birthday greetings to its members, as seen in their Bada Birthday Post on May 28.
In relation, the HINAPIA participants, who used to be engaged in the fan cafe group, abruptly stopped posting after June 9. This made little sense to several fans, as they're used to daily visits and comment threads from members of the HINAPIA. While members are still able to interact with one another, especially on social media, HINAPIA has not been referenced since June.
Meanwhile, some fans are talking that HINAPIA may have disbanded due to the adverse impact of the Coronavirus outbreak.
