The recent episode of SBS’ “Master in the House” features a serious talk about love and life as the hosts meet with Park Na Rae and Jang Do Yeon.
During the Truth and Dare game, things got serious as Lee Seung Gi opened up the concern he’s been thinking in a while. The actor was asked first if he ever been lonely to the point that it drove him crazy. Lee Seung Gi replied that there were instances but not to the end that he’s going crazy. ASTRO’s Cha Eun then asked if he ever cried recently because he was upset, and Lee Seung Gi surprised everyone that he never cried for that reason. Even in his past four years in life.
Jang Do Yeon asked Lee Seung Gi if he is the type of person who pushes emotions down when something happens. He replied that he wonders if he lost the ability of sadness these days. He thinks that he immediately cuts down any feeling of grief if he feels that it starts to creep up.
The actor also shared that he has always been asked a question on how to relieve stress. He expressed that for a couple of years, he was not able to come up with an answer to the question like he can’t see the clear path in front of him.
Lee Sung Gi shared that he get stressed just like others. But he noted that he is the kind of person who buries stress on the ground and never dug it back up to look over it again.
Moreover, Jang Do Yeon empathized with him and said that the idea could somehow be dangerous because it might all explode in one day, and he might not be able to control it. Jang Do Yeon further suggested that Lee Sung Gi should keep a diary, and Lee Seung Gi warmed up to the idea and said that he asked himself if things would be different if he wrote a diary instead of burying them.
However, Jang Do Yeon responded that she had read somewhere that everyone has a limit to the emotions he or she can hold inside. “So one should empty himself from those emotions to let more in.”
