In the latest pictorial and interview with Marie Claire magazine, Son Dam Bi shared her beauty tips and her definition of 'age gracefully.'
Since Son Dam Bi is a singer and an actress, she was asked about her everyday makeup preferences. Dam Bi revealed that she does not like complicated makeup. She prefers keeping it simple, focusing on her lips by putting red or pink colored lipstick.
For her skincare regimen, the artist used one mask a day because, for her, it is more effective by being consistent with whatever you do to the skin rather than any unique skin treatments.
Son Dam Bi also mentioned her mom was way better than her when it comes to taking care of oneself. She also said, amusingly, that there is no way she can keep up with her mom. Her mom always brings her Korean soy milk soup and healthy drinks when visiting her. Son Dam Bi expressed that her mom seemed more concerned with what she eats more than what she puts on her face.
When it comes to Son Dam Bi's preferences in style, she commented that she used to like flashy clothes, but now she chooses classic and simple looks. When it comes to her styling, she wanted her outfits to have one key point: the shoes, the belt, or an accessory.
Furthermore, Son Dam Bi revealed that she is fond of watching movies or dramas on Netflix when asked about her fun activities in her free time. She also loves planting and even enjoys making pots because she heard that touching clay will help relieve stress, and it makes her feel proud and satisfied when she accomplishes making a vase or plate.
Meanwhile, Son Dam Bi shared her definition of "aging gracefully," saying that it means not feeling stressed about aging. Instead of being overly conscious about age and being trapped thereon, forgetting, and just living her life better is what she focuses on.
The actress also shared her taste of roles that had changed over time. Son Dam Bi said that she does not want to portray characters that have a scary and tough image when she was younger, but now she is more open to challenging roles like a villain or a thriller to show her new side.
