SHINee's Taemin radiates a smart and snappy look in the latest photoshoot for W Korea. After the photoshoot, the singer-actor sat down for an interview and shocked the interviewer for revealing his 12 years run in career.
Taemin shared after revealing that he has already spent 12 years being an idol that there are things he sees for the first time, and there are also things that remain the same. He explained that earlier this year, he did his hair and dressed up how he looked during his debut at 16 and took a photo. Taemin posted it on Instagram, and fans thought that the photo was taken from the past. He went to say that he still feels that he looks older.
In 2008, Taemin debuted with SHINee and later launched a successful solo career and is now part of Sm Entertainment's project group SuperM. The idol shared that he is fascinated when he looked back in his life. "I've been running on this track for quite a while.”
Taemin continued that when he was younger, he had a lot of greed, and because of being ambitious, he was able to debut with SHINee and get the chance to debut as a solo artist.
Furthermore, Taemin and the interviewer agreed that the 2012's "Sherlock" was one of his most significant breaks. The idol shared that "Sherlock" came out when he was turning 20, and after that, he changed his behavior on stage.
Taemin added that he tried many things while performing "Sherlock," instead of thinking in advance. He also thanked his co-members for challenging him to level up his craft and for the friendship they have built throughout their journey being together.
With regards to Taemin's upcoming album, he hoped that the new milestone would become another turning point for him and, like "Sherlock," hew want to use this opportunity to change the kind of person he is right now.
Meanwhile, Taemin is gearing up for the second part of his comeback as a solo artist with "Never Gonna Dance Again Act 1," on September 7. And the idol will be releasing a new single with SuperM on September 1 with "Tiger Inside.
