Cheon Seung Ho and Lee Se Jin of THE MAN BLK appeared in an exclusive interview with Rakuten Viki about their drama “Mr. Heart.”
“Mr. Heart’ is a story about love and friendship between a pacemaker and a marathon runner. Lee See Jin plays as Sang Ha, a sprinter who never loses a smile despite living in a harsh environment. While Cheon Seung Ho plays as Jin Won, a record-breaking marathon rising star that only cares and always focused on the race. Sang Ha was recruited by Jin Won’s coach to help him as a pacemaker while Jin Won is against the idea, but then they grow even closer over time.
In an interview with Lee Se Jin, he said that “Mr. Heart” is a bright romance drama about marathons. It is also about the passion and the pure and honest love that blossoms between the two people. Thinking about the series being attractive in many parts, Lee Se Sin hopes that people will be excited to watch it as they put so much effort and worked hard during the hot summer.
On the other hand, Cheon Seung Ho’s shared his thoughts on what they have learned from each other. He said that he wanted to see Lee Se Jin for a long time, for he is very understanding, considerate, and sincere.
The two undergo a speed quiz regarding their preferences. When asked to choose from dogs or cats, they both preferred dogs. They also both prefer romantic comedies than horror movies. About their coffee preferences, Lee Se Jin loves latte while Cheon Seung Ho likes americanos. When asked about a country they wanted to visit, Lee See Jin Chose Taiwan while Cheon Seung Ho loves to visit England. Lee See Jin likes mountains while Cheon Seung Ho prefers Sea. Lastly, the two picks sprint race than a marathon.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is having a hard time, but the two hope that the viewers will enjoy the show and soon get the chance to see everybody after the fight against COVID-19 is over.
“Mr. Heart” is a 2020 idol web drama directed by Park Seon Jae, the follow-up project to the popular BL web drama “Where Your Eyes Linger.”
