The First episode teaser of tvN's upcoming drama 'Record of Youth" is now finally released!
The drama series "Record of Youth" is about young people who struggled to achieve their dreams despite the harsh reality of life in the modeling industry. Starring Sa Hye Joon (played by Park Bo Gum) as an aspiring model and actor; Ahn Jung Ha (played by Park So Dam), an aspiring makeup artist; and Won Hae Hyo (played by Byun Woo Seok), a model wants to reach success by his ways.
The new teaser shows Ahn Jung Ha talking to Sa Hye Joon on her smartphone and said that she could get through the day because of him and asked him back if he had the same feeling. While Sa Hye Joon walks the runway, the scene cuts to Ahn Jung Ha, admiring him from afar.
Furthermore, as Sa Hye Joon returns to his home, he finds his family in a commotion, he is far from living a glamorous life. His mother was holding a notice from the Military Manpower Association, handed it over to him, and gently said that it is already time for Sa Hye Joon to go on camp. Additionally, his father also told him roughly to go to the army right away. But he refused since it is already nighttime.
Sa Hye Joon dreamed and aspired to become a model; he keeps pursuing them, working hard to reach them. Yet he was upset when his own family does not support what he loves. His father was mad and told his mother, "Does make sense to get paid for walking?" Sa Hye Joon angrily responded that he was torn apart by the society and torn apart some more by his family as he comes back. He then shed tears in his room alone.
On the other hand, Ahn Jung Ha is thrilled to find that she can meet her idol. She said in the voice-over that she wanted to meet that man and cheer him on. In the teaser's final scene, Sa Hye Joon walked around backstage, where the makeup artists are. Eventually, Ahn Jung Ha's gaze may seem to catch Sa Hye Joon's eye and attention when she can not even take off her eyes out of him.
