JTBC drama titled “More Than Friends” has now released a new making-of video!
“More Than Friends” follows the story of two friends who fall in unrequited love with the other for ten years. Playing as Kyung Woo Yeon is Shin Ye Eun, a girl who gives up on her one-sided love for her best friend after a decade of pining. Simultaneously, actor Ong Seong Wu takes the role of Lee Soo, the longtime object of Kyung Woo Yeon’s affection, who suddenly starts to see her in a new light.
The behind-the-scenes video kicks off with Ong Seong Wu and Shin Ye Eun rehearsing various scenes from when they were students. While both are practicing the dodgeball scene, Ong Seong Wu practices ducking in a relaxed manner. After trying some silly poses, he asks the director, “This would look too pathetic, right?”
Shin Ye Eun then shared that she’s so scared since it’s her first time playing dodgeball in such a long time. When she was asked if she’s good at playing, the actress responds that she’s usually the one who’s screaming while running away from the ball.
Furthermore, Ong Seong Wu jokingly told Shin Ye Eun, “I’ll avoid the ball well.” And after Shin Ye Eun makes a loud noise while pretending to get hit by the ball, Ong Seong Wu asks in surprise, “What was that? You didn’t make that noise, did you?”
Moreover, in the video, Shin Ye Eun’s shadow was even used by Ong Seong Wu as shade to avoid the sunlight.
Meanwhile, Block B’s P.O and Ong Seong Wu are playing soccer in a different scene. After making their goal ceremonies, the two actors get shy by kneeling on the ground and even screaming out loud in embarrassment.
