Actor Yoo Yeon Seok is one of the casts of “Steel Rain 2: Summit.” He sat for an interview session with “Kim Shin Young’s Hope Song At Noon” and talked about various topics on its July 30th broadcast.

The new movie of Yoo Yeon Seok is the sequel of “Steel Rain,” about the aftermath of the coup in North Korea. “Steel Rain 2” will tell about the crisis that emerged when the three leaders of the Korea-United States Summit are kidnapped in a North Korean nuclear-powered submarine. (via Soompi)

Yoo Yeon Seok will take the role of the North Korean chairman named Jo Sun Sa, who’s in charge of the decision if to carry out a summit of oppositions for the first time or not.

What Yoo Yeon Seok Wants To Hear From Fans

During the interview, Yoo Yeon Seok shared that he loves it when fans tell him that he shows variations in his acting roles. He expressed that he works hard to present to the viewers another side of him in “Steel Rain 2.” He also said that when he performs in musicals, he tries to portray an acting role that he never did before.

Yoo Yeon Seok appreciates it when fans tell him that he is “cool” and “sexy,” but he feels even better when fans recognize him doing unusual things as an actor.

Being A Cast Of ‘Steel Rain 2’

The actor admitted that upon knowing that he will be a part of the sequel and will take the role of the chairman, he was hesitant at first because he thought that the task would be given to Kwak do Won.

As Yoo Yeon Seok delved into his role, he compared himself to the character of Jo Sun Sa. He said that being the character in real life is such a big shoe to fill. He could not imagine himself carrying the pressure of fighting to protect what’s his upon meeting the leaders of other countries.

“Steel Rain 2: Summit” is currently showing in cinemas in South Korea.
