Kim Junsu addresses his role on 'Mister Trot' in TV Chosun in a recent conversation with SpoTV News.

Kim Junsu made an appearance on MBC's share house program as a 'Trot Master,' making it his most recent guest appearances after ten years of stepping out from the limelight. Kim Junsu went on to share how much he watches TV programs while he was in the military, and how the actor has been invited numerous times to make an appearance on a variety show but end up being confused if he would go for it.

He continued to explain how being not able to attend and choosing not to appear is different from each other. People may judge him quickly by not knowing him personally, which, sadly, directors also do. But he thinks that his appearance as 'Trot Master' was a fresh experience for him.

The actor revealed that upon seeing his peers becoming more available on different show events, he decided to appear on TV. He said, "I've never believed I was static, arrogant or selfish, I had never believed, but when I was in the army, I sensed others were thinking like that.

"My juniors claimed they felt nervous with me, and they told me as soon as we got close: "I didn't know that you're nice." I found that I didn't interact a lot [to the public] for ten years because I wondered why they assumed that I am a serious type of person. When asked if I decided not to be on TV, I would say, 'That's not it. It's because I haven't been able to." (via Soompi)

Kim Junsu added that his appearance on 'Mister Trot' isn't for him but for the people who wanted to see him on TV Again. He concluded his speech by thanking all his fans for the undying support and the countless opportunities offered to him after his long break from the Industry.

He vowed to do his best and diligently return all his supporters' love and encouragement they had given him.
