Stephanie revealed in June that she and Brady Anderson are dating through a handwritten letter on Instagram. During the interview, the singer candidly talked about her 23-year older boyfriend. She expressed that they are not considering marriage as of the moment. "Americans don't think marriage the same way Koreans do."
Stephanie also divulged that she has been waiting for the moment to guest on 'Radio Star' after the dating rumors broke out, but instead, she received calls to appear on the show about marriage.
Moreover, she expressed that she is currently in a long-distance relationship and hasn't seen Brady in five months. She replied, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder" after being asked how she can continue dating without meeting with her boyfriend for a long time.
The singer also shared how the couple met without knowing much about each other. She said that her boyfriend was the vice president of baseball operations, and when she worked as a ballerina, she met him at a banquet hall in Los Angeles. Brady asked her recently if she was already 35 when they first met, and Stephanie revealed that she was only 25 at the time.
Stephanie then returned the question to Brady and asked him if he was 40 when they met and revealed that he was already 50 years old. She continued that her boyfriend just found out that she was a singer, and Stephanie knew that Brady is a baseball player later on.
When asked about the topic of their age gap, she expressed that she liked knowing about his exact age. "It's very comfortable."
The singer continued sharing and said that the couple kept being friends, but when they met earlier this year, they fought about something small. She revealed that they both have pride involved in baseball and ballet, and when she said that she puts ice on her injuries, he tells her that what she does is not backed by science and asked her to provide evidence.
