KNK is making a long-awaited return to the music scene, to which the band is announcing their new album called “KNK Airline.”

KNK has a officially revealed their third upcoming album titled “KNK AIRLINE” on September 17 at 6 pm KST. In the poster, fans can see the airplane on a blue background that resembles the sky and the dates for the release of the album.

KNK most recently made their comeback in July 2019 with their single “Sunset” and had an online concert titled “KNK X Vanilla Stage” on Naver’s V Live in July of this year.

On July 15, 2019, KNK released their new track called “Sunset” that was produced by Nassun. The single was part of the fourth single album “KNK S/S Collection”, and includes the songs “We Are The One” and “Fade.”

KNK was formed back on 2016 with their first single album titled “Knock” and held their debut showcase on February 29, 2016. The group originally composes of five members namely; Seoham, Inseong, Jihun, Heejun, and Dowgwon.

Original member Youjin departed from the group on September 10, 2018, because he was diagnosed with panic disorder and left the group to treat his illness.

On February 26, 2016, the teaser of the music video of KNK’s single “Knock” was released. The song was composed by the production Team ButterFly, lead by Hwang Seong Je, while the rap part was written by member Youjin.

On May 26, 2016, YNB Entertainment officially announced the comeback of KNK with the release of their first EP called “Awake” and the title single “Back Again.” “Awake” peaked at number 14 on Billboard’s World Album Chart and the boy band was recognized by Billboard as one of the most promising K-pop debuts from the first half of that year.

On November 7, 2016, KNK’s comeback with their second EP titled “Remain” was announced through their official SNS Channels. The tracklist was also released on the 10th, revealing that Kim Tae Joo has once again worked with KNK as the producer of the EP, while tracks such as “Goodbye” and “Tonight” was composed and written by members Youjin and Heejun respectively.
