Gaon Chart reveals BTS and SHINee’s Taemin as leading artists in the latest weekly rankings!
Gaon Chart announced on September 17 that both BTS and Taemin for the week of September 6 to September 12 had officially earned double crowns after topping two separate charts each.
BTS dominated both the overall digital chart and the streaming chart with their latest hit “Dynamite” for the third consecutive week. The album remained No. 1 on both charts.
Furthermore, Taemin also claimed No. 1 on the digital download chart with his new title track “Criminal” and topping this week’s physical album chart with his third solo album “Never Gonna Dance Again: Act 1.”
Lastly, BLACKPINK, for the 16th week in a row, continued its reign at No. 1 on Gaon’s Social Chart 2.0.

Album Chart
Debuting at No. 1 on the weekly physical album chart is Taemin’s “Never Gonna Dance Again: Act 1,” while “BAD BLOOD” of Super Junior D&E’s held onto its spot at No. 2 for the second week in a row. The solo debut mini-album “Bon Voyage” of Oh My Girl’s YooA’s entered the chart at No. 3, followed by “THE FIRST STEP: CHAPTER ONE” of TREASURE at No. 4. At No. 5 is Wonho’s “Part.1 Love Synonym (#1) Right for Me.”

Taemin’s “Criminal” on this week’s digital download chart debuted at No. 1, with BTS’s “Dynamite” staying strong at No. 3. Meanwhile, claiming three out of the top five spots on this week’s chart: his song “I’m Alive Because of You” of trot singer Kim Ho Joong entered the chart at No. 2 this week, trailed by “In Full Bloom” at No. 4 and No. 5 is “No Umbrella.”
Overall Digital Chart + Streaming Chart
Precisely the same this week, the top five songs on the overall digital chart and the streaming chart were: BTS’s “Dynamite” claimed No. 1 on both charts, followed by “Slightly Tipsy” of B1A4’s Sandeul’s at No. 2. “Beach Again” of SSAK3’s at No. 3, Jessi’s “NUNU NANA” at No. 4, and at No. 5 is MAMAMOO’s Hwasa‘s “Maria.”
Social Chart
BLACKPINK, Gaon’s Social Chart 2.0, remained No. 1 on for the 16th consecutive week. BTS rose to No. 2 while Yang Joon Il and Im Young Woong came in at No. 3 and No. 4. And finally, entering at No. 5 is YooA at No. 5.
