JTBC newly announced a drama that featured entering the world of hair dresses as their next concept!

"Fly High, Butterfly" (literal title) is a new drama that tells the story about working people set against a hair salon's backdrop. Including in the movie starred Kim Hyang Gi, Choi Daniel, and Oh Yoo Ah. The confirmed cast as rounded up is Shim Eun Woo, Moon Tae Yu, Park Jung Woo, and Kim Ga Hee. It is a story of hair designers and interns as they brightly transform customers into "butterflies" in a beauty salon.

G&G Production and JTBC Studio will produce the drama. In charge of the production is director Park Yein Sun, praised for her works in two seasons of "Hello, My Twenties" and an iconic melodrama "Alone In Love." Writer Kim Da Ye will be penning the script.

"Fly High, Butterfly" Interns

Playing one of the four vital intern roles of "Fly High, Butterfly" is Kim Hyang Gi, a young actress known for her unrivaled character immersion in small and big screens. She plays the role named Joy as the best intern. Moreover, Park Jung Woo will portray as the youngest intern, Moo-yeol, an actor who swept women's hearts in her recent stints in a web drama "Love Playlist." Another actor who recently appeared in a well-loved series "Hospital Playlist" will play a quiet senior intern, Moon Tae Yu, as Oh Son-saeng. Lastly, Kim Ga Hee will play the role of Suri, an optimistic and friendly intern.

"Fly High, Butterfly" Professional Hair Designers

The three professional hair designers took charge of the beauty salon "Fly High Butterfly" and led the interns' flight.

Daniel Choi, one of the professional hair designers, crosses genres like melodrama, comedy, and thrill, who returns to television drama after three years, plays as Kwang-soo. He is a designer that valued professional opinions.

Shim Eun Woo plays the role of Jen, a designer who came out of engineering college who also proved infinite possibilities through her previous drama, "The World of the Married."

Lastly, Oh Yoon Ah plays the role of Michelle as the director of the hair salon.

The "Fly High, Butterfly" sets to air on JTBC in the first half of 2021.
