South Korean boy group SEVENTEEN composed up of members S.Coups, Jeonghan, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Joshua, Jun, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino delighted fans as they put on a staggering performance in their choreography video for HOME; RUN.
HOME; RUN is a swing-inspired song that mixes intense brass sounds, a cheerful beat, jazzy piano sounds, and Asian instruments in the bridge.
The 13-member goy group unveiled a choreography performance on October 24 worthy of a Broadway stage. The dynamic and enthusiastic members shared a full look at their fun dance for their unique album's title track. On October 19, the group released its album Semicolon on October 19.
Previously, Hoshi talked about the challenges they have to take in dealing with the choreography for HOME; RUN. He said that they are putting on a musical-like performance and included a very exuberant and dynamic choreography.
The Kpop-idol also shared that they have spent a lot of time trying to make the movements eye-catching. He continued that they kept on thinking about what they hadn't tried before, and that's how the performance was made.
HOME; RUN Vs. Heng: Garae
During the group's press conference for their new album, Wonwoo introduced their new compilation as an album, bringing strength and comfort to many people. That will be more significant than any other achievement or numbers. Vernon also added that this album would give listeners the chance to breathe, just like the semicolon used to mark a resting place in a sentence.
SEVENTEEN's New Challenges
It has already been four months since the release of the group's seventh mini-album Heng:garae. DK commented regarding the differences between their new album and the previous. He said that the members this time have all felt a more massive responsibility to perform well on stage.
He shared that the group's performances have become more mature as time goes by. "While practicing, I got the feeling that I was watching a musical, and I was happy since it felt like the 13 of us came together as one to prepare for the album."
